City of Columbus is Revising its Contract Documents

The City of Columbus has, for years, utilized its own relatively unsophisticated contract documents. There is a desire to upgrade those documents and perhaps make them more consistent with existing Ohio Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) documents.
Contractors or others interested in the City’s contract documents should closely follow this process and make their comments known to the City and its consultant, H.R. Gray & Associates, before a final product is adopted.
