Biography

Brook provides assistance in all areas of our bankruptcy trustee practice and has extensive experience in general litigation, adversary proceedings, creditors’ and debtors’ rights, and collections and foreclosures. She has more than 20 years of related legal experience in the areas of bankruptcy, tax, litigation, and civil and criminal matters, previously worked as a debt restructuring manager, is skilled in various local, state and federal courts, and has extensive knowledge of e-filing, ECF filing and PACER.

Brook obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the Academy of Court Reporting and Paralegal Studies and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also heavily involved in the firm’s pro bono bankruptcy work.
