Two New Associates Join the Kegler Brown Team

Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter is proud to announce the addition of associates Humphrey Kweminyi and Emily Ojeil to the firm.

Humphrey, who originally joined the firm as a summer clerk in 2019, will focus his practice primarily in the areas of corporate law, global business, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. Humphrey will assist with individual clients in developing, implementing and evaluating corporate strategies. He will advise both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including primarily manufacturing, real estate, and consumer retail. He will also represent creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and insolvency matters. Humphrey recently graduated from Capital University Law School.

Emily, who also joined Kegler Brown as a clerk with the firm’s 2019 summer class, joins Kegler Brown’s estate planning group, where she will assist clients in the planning and implementation of various personal wealth preservation strategies with their goals in mind, including estate and income tax planning, asset protection, charitable giving and special needs planning. In addition to her role on the estate planning team, Emily will also be working in the firm’s corporate business practice. She recently graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
