Steve Tugend Selected as Chair of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Foundation Corporate Roundtable

Steve Tugend, chair of Kegler Brown’s Government Affairs Legal practice, has been selected as the Chair of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Foundation Corporate Roundtable.

“We are excited to welcome attorney Tugend to the OLBC Foundation as the Chair of our Corporate Roundtable,” said Derrick Clay, Chair of OLBC Foundation Board of Directors. “His expertise as a practicing attorney and chair of Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter’s Government Affairs practice will help the Foundation to continue to advocate for Black Ohioans, making steps toward a fair and equal future for all. We rely on our Corporate Roundtable to help us determine the best public policies.” Clay said. “Steve’s knowledge and experience will serve us well in his new role.”

The Corporate Roundtable is a collaborative think tank that consists of members from the private and public sectors, and provides advice and support to the Foundation on various policy issues. The Roundtable was constituted for the purpose of providing a forum for education and the exploration of public policy issues, particularly as they relate to the Black community.

“It’s an honor to have been chosen to serve in this role,” Tugend said. “I’m looking forward to working with the Corporate Roundtable to help generate a dialogue among the business community on policies leading to greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
