Kegler Brown is proud to announce the selection of global business attorney Vinita Mehra as a firm director.

Mehra has been with Kegler Brown since 2003 and focuses her practice in the areas of international business, corporate law, intellectual property law, and mergers and acquisition matters. She is dually licensed to practice law in both Ohio and India and her practice has become synonymous with the representation of Ohio companies doing business in India. Mehra serves as team leader for the Asia-Pacific region within Kegler Brown’s global business practice.

Through her work, Mehra represents numerous U.S. companies in international transactions on a wide variety of legal issues, and maintains a diverse domestic corporate practice, including matters related to business formation and structure, and contract drafting and negotiation.

Steadfastly active in the community, Vinita sits on the boards of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association and Columbus Sister Cities International, while also devoting time to ASHA Ray of Hope and the Federation of Indian Associations. She has also received numerous accolades, including designation as an Ohio Rising Star from Super Lawyers for five years. Columbus business First selected Mehra as a member of the 2012 class of Forty Under 40, recognizing the most outstanding young professionals in central Ohio.

Mehra received her Juris Doctorate from Mumbai University in 2000.
