Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter is proud to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm.

The Kegler Brown legal team continues to grow with of counsel attorney Jen Vessells and associate Steve Umaña.

Jen joins the firm’s Business/Corporate Law practice and brings with her a background of research, memoranda and brainstorming legal theories that will help create policies and processes to aid clients with compliance and regulations. She previously served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the office of the Ohio Attorney General.

Steve adds his ability to connect domestic and international investors with local organizations, businesses and vendors to our Real Estate team. He assists clients throughout the entirety of residential, commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions, helping them negotiate contracts, acquire financing, provide counsel on title and survey matters, and more.

Jen earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2009 after receiving a B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. Steve also received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2015, previously earning a B.S.B.A. with a specialization in accounting from OSU in 2012.
