New Associate Joins Kegler Brown’s Energy + Environment Team

Bill Levendusky has joined Kegler Brown as an associate in the Energy + Environment law practice area. He brings with him years of experience as a Petroleum Landman, handling complex title due diligence in multi-million dollar asset acquisition efforts.

In 2015, Bill helped found American Energy Heroes, the first ever national 501(c)(3) focused on benefitting individuals and families affected by accidents occurring in the pursuit of energy exploration and production, and continues to serve on its board. He is also a member of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, as well as the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation.

Bill’s experience includes title work in not only Ohio, but also Kentucky, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Wyoming. He is also particularly adept with navigating the complicated title related to held by production leases.

In addition to providing efficient and effective legal counsel to clients, Bill will also be a regular contributor to the firm’s energy blog, Ohio Energy + Environment.

Bill received his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Law. Before he attended law school, he graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science.
