Kegler Brown is excited to announce the addition of David A. Ingram to the firm’s team of attorneys.
With a decade of experience working in government and regulated sectors as a trial counsel, in-house counsel, and executive director for a statewide administrative agency, David joins the firm as an Of Counsel attorney and focuses his practice in the areas of medical marijuana and hemp, litigation, and emerging business.
As the newest member of Kegler Brown’s Medical Marijuana + Hemp team, David adds knowledge gained from his time as counsel for the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
“We’re thrilled to have David on board,” says Managing Director Chris Weber. “His unique experience and expertise will deliver tremendous value to our clients, especially those in the medical marijuana business, and will help them meet their corporate and compliance needs.”
David also works with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses in the beginning stages of business development; represents clients in administrative, criminal, health care law and civil litigation; and is a certified investigator and inspector through the Council on Licensure, Enforcement + Regulation.
David received his Juris Doctor from the Capital University School of Law, and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminology from The Ohio State University.
