Kegler Brown Associate Lorraine Hernández Attending HNBA Latina Leadership Academy

Lorraine Hernández will be taking part in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s (HNBA) Latina Leadership Academy during their 2017 Annual Convention.

Hosted by the HNBA Latina Commission, this competitive program is intended to help its members’ grow their careers through leadership skills and self-efficacy.

Lorraine focuses her practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation and prosecution, both domestic and international. She has considerable experience advising clients on patent strategy, preparing and prosecuting patents, drafting appeal briefs for patent and trademark cases, and negotiating and revising settlement license agreements. Her experience also includes assisting clients with product labeling requirements, social media policies, and advertising agreements.
