Former Summer Associates Join Kegler Brown as New Attorneys

The Kegler Brown team continues to grow with the addition of three new attorneys, all of whom previously served as law clerks in the firm’s summer associate program.

Shana Marks is joining Kegler Brown’s team of litigators. She helps clients with a broad range of litigation needs, including commercial disputes and will contests, and also assists other attorneys with ethics issues as part of our Professional Responsibility practice. Shana is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law where she earned awards for legal writing, civil procedure, and negotiation and mediation.

Cody Myers joins our corporate practice area with a focus on our Emerging Business and M+A practices. He is especially enthusiastic about working with family-owned businesses, assisting them with every aspect of a business’s lifecycle from filing as a business to sale. He also assists business clients with succession planning. Cody earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and his undergrad degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University.

Danielle Crane is joining the firm’s Labor and Employee Relations area. She assists our management clients with crafting employment agreements and revising employee handbooks, is experienced in employment litigation, and advises on issues relating to compliance with FMLA, ADA, Title VII and other discrimination laws. Along with her degree in psychology from Miami University, Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
