PIADA Italian Street Food, an authentic fast-casual Italian eatery based in Columbus, Ohio, with restaurants in Ohio and Indiana, announced its partnership with private equity firm Catterton Partners. The firm has made a significant investment in PIADA, which will be used to grow the PIADA concept across the country.
In 2013, PIADA was named both one of Nation’s Restaurant News’ five “Hot Concepts” and one of the top 50 breakout brands. The company has 6 restaurants planned to open by the end of the year in addition to the 14 current locations across the Midwest.
