Vinita joined a panel of local business owners, officials and entrepreneurs to open the 2019 Thrive Columbus event on February 26. The panel, titled “Economics & Business,” is described as focusing on “practical steps to starting a business, and how we as consumers can support the economic power of women, beyond the dollar.” The panel gave advice on starting a business, available resources, and networking, with Vinita focusing on legal issues and risk mitigation. Afterwards, the panel took questions from the audience.
