On April 26, Luis spoke as part of a panel on the WLFC’s April Luncheon and discussed Medical Marijuana and Ohio’s opioid epidemic. The panel focused on the possible positive effects legalized Medical Marijuana could have on the opioid problem, such as serving as a medical pain management substitute, but also touched on general issues related to the opioid epidemic and the progress of Medical Marijuana in Ohio.
