Kegler Brown’s Leadership Team Expands with Selection of Two Directors

Kegler Brown is pleased to announce the selection of Brendan Feheley and Mike Madigan as firm directors.

Prominently focusing in the labor and employment practice area, Feheley advises clients regarding personnel issues, including, but not limited to hiring and firing lawfully, FMLA compliance, drug and alcohol testing, Fair Labor Standards Act compliance, and government contracting. He has been selected as an “Ohio Rising Star” by Law & Politics Magazine, a publication that recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state, based on voting by individuals previously identified by the magazine as “Ohio Super Lawyers®.” Feheley was also listed as an “associate to watch” in Chambers. He joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from The Ohio State University with his Juris Doctorate.

Madigan received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University in 2005 and joined the firm. Solely focused in construction law, he aids clients with all facets of construction, from initial contract review to warranty issues, and assists clients with their collection and mechanic's lien issues. Madigan has acted as project counsel on a variety of projects ranging from $5 million to more than $80 million. He was selected as an “Ohio Rising Star” by Law & Politics Magazine and is a crucial component of the construction practice, which was ranked by Chambers & Partners.
