Biography

Humphrey focuses his practice primarily in the areas of corporate law, global business, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. He joined Kegler Brown in 2021.

Corporate + Global Business

In order to meet their business needs, organizations work with Humphrey to develop, implement and evaluate corporate strategies. He assists national and international clients with business structuring and reorganization, purchases and sales, and contract drafting and negotiation. Advising both public and private companies, Humphrey works with clients in a wide variety of industries, including primarily manufacturing, real estate, and consumer retail.

Creditors’ Rights + Bankruptcy

Humphrey represents creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and insolvency matters. He has background in related issues, including foreclosures, collections, garnishments, executions, receiverships and more. Generally speaking, he helps optimize clients’ outcomes in insolvency forums.
