A Proposed New FinCEN Rule Would Create Filing Requirements for Most New and Existing Entities

This article, adapted from a previous article, outlines changes to Ohio’s LLC Act, which affects most new and existing businesses. It outlines why, while most well-written operating agreements will probably not need to be amended, all operating agreements should be reviewed to make sure they are conforming to their current governance practices and are not in need of revisions to address the new aspects and flexibility of the Revised LLC Act.
