Kegler Brown

One-sided public contracts pose challenges for bidders including: the inability of bidders to alter terms, and a trend by the Courts to literally apply contract terms. Risk is often encountered that exceeds the reward.

Join construction law area chair and attorney, Don Gregory for a seminar on One-Sided Public contracts on Tuesday, April 10. This seminar will provide knowledge on what contracts require, strategies for overcoming difficult or impossible to satisfy contract terms, and explain the rights contractors have outside the contract.

RSVP

Please RSVP by Tuesday, April 3, by contacting Korri Titus at [email protected] or (614) 255-5515.
