Representative Appellate Decisions
Lori began her legal career as a judicial clerk to Judge David A. Nelson in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and has been handling appeals for clients ever since. She has developed a reputation among her peers and among evaluation services nationally as an effective litigator at both the trial and appellate level. Her appellate experience has earned her selection into the Litigation Counsel of America, an organization that admits fewer than 1 in 200 attorneys for fellowship.
