On September 16, Tony presented at WELD’s 2021 Affinity Resource Group Session. Tony’s session focused on how COVID-19 disrupted the typical day of a human resource professional and workplaces across the globe. He provided strategies for executive and front-line management as well as how affinity resource groups (ARGs) can address the new “normal” workplace, return to work issues, recruitment, retention, and many other leadership and workforce issues in the workplace.
