Brian combines his knowledge as a co-founder of a small company with his intellectual property experience in order to guide clients through complex problems in an efficient manner. He has firsthand experience managing intellectual property portfolios spanning over 15 countries for fortune 500 companies and assists in legal matters across a large breadth of engineering disciplines. Brian has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, negotiating license agreements, appealing patent cases, litigating patent infringement suits, counseling start-up companies, and resolving software licensing disputes.
