Brendan will discuss the ADA and its relationship to Workers’ Compensation claims and strategies for defense.

9:15 a.m. – Substantial Aggravation Overview; Dave McCarty

Dave will examine what we've learned about the no-longer-new substantial aggravation standard.

9:45 a.m. – Limiting Wage Loss Liability; Katja Garvey

Katja will discuss the changes in wage loss liability and the decisions that gave way to the updates. 

10:25 a.m. – Break

10:50 a.m. – Help! I've Fallen and I Can't Get Comp; Randy Mikes

Randy's segment will examine slip and fall work accident claims.

11:30 a.m. – Policy + Legislative Update; Tony Fiore

Tony will present a policy and legislative update that reflects workers' compensation concerns.
