Top Strategies for Business Succession Planning
On Tuesday, March 31, Kegler Brown and Rea & Associates invite you to attend an informative session on business succession planning.
Our presenters will discuss the best strategies and what you should be thinking about going into a succession plan. They will provide case study examples highlighting the different approaches to business succession since every situation is specific to each owner and the management teams, families and unique casts of players involved.
The team will cover a variety of topics including how to assess whether you’re ready to implement a succession plan, how to facilitate the transition of ownership and control, financing structure, relationships with family members, employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, and tax considerations in structuring a succession plan or ownership transition.
