On Wednesday, January 25, Kegler Brown invites you to learn more about a New Year’s Resolution you will actually want to stick with: developing a better IP strategy.
The Intellectual Property attorneys at Kegler Brown will discuss why it’s important to be thinking about IP strategy, regardless of your business. They will begin by providing a brief overview, explaining how IP is more than just patents and trademarks. Afterwards, the panel discussion will provide a step by step outline of how different industries use different IP strategies.

As chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property area, Robert G. Jeff Nein focuses his intellectual property practice on identifying and protecting clients’ intellectual property interests through market planning and due diligence, use of trademarks, copyrights, and software agreements, implementation of trade secret protection procedures, and license drafting and negotiation.
Lorraine Hernández's extensive knowledge in counseling clients in all aspects of IP law includes experience in patent and trademark infringement analysis, copyright and licensing matters, patent portfolio development, intellectual property risk management, and trademark procurement.
