As chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property area, Robert G. Schuler advises clients in safeguarding their intellectual property, including securing trademark and copyright registrations, implementing procedures to protect trade secrets, and assisting clients in the negotiation and drafting of intellectual property licenses. Jeff Nein focuses his intellectual property practice on identifying and protecting clients’ intellectual property interests through market planning and due diligence, use of trademarks, copyrights, and software agreements, implementation of trade secret protection procedures, and license drafting and negotiation.

Lorraine Hernández's extensive knowledge in counseling clients in all aspects of IP law includes experience in patent and trademark infringement analysis, copyright and licensing matters, patent portfolio development, intellectual property risk management, and trademark procurement.
