Mediation: Know When to Hold Them + When to Fold Them

In the Old West, poker was king. Negotiations are nothing new to our society or your law practice. But today many of your most important negotiations will take place in the context of a “mediation” – a word many of us did not even hear in law school.

Mediation is increasingly utilized to minimize the high costs and uncertainty of litigation in the digital age. Practitioners are well served to better understand what techniques are - or are not – effective in mediation.

Don Gregory, an attorney and mediator experienced in complex disputes, will provide his perspective on what works in mediation so that practitioners will better "know when to hold them" and "when to fold them."

Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 6, by contacting Maura Fortino at [email protected] or (614) 255-5515.
