Continental Shifts: International Contracting and IP Strategies Post Brexit

, Ed Hall + George Sevier, Gowling WLG
Kegler Brown

The UK and European Union are currently negotiating Brexit deals. American businesses operating in or trading with the EU should consider a strategy for dealing with Brexit, both to cover the current uncertainties, and to make sure that they do not leave themselves exposed when the UK exits the EU.

In this session, there will be a panel of experienced international lawyers from Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, and Kegler Brown who will discuss the impact on Brexit on US Companies. They will bring you up to date on the more important recent developments and changes to the Brexit landscape, and provide pointers to assist you with your Brexit strategies, with a particular focus on IP, international contracting and financing.

There will be breakfast provided to all attendees.

Following the programing will be a Q+A.
