19th Annual Professional Responsibility Seminar

Kegler Brown’s annual seminar on professional responsibility will take place on Friday, September 30, at the Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square. Join us, starting at 8:30 a.m., for this well-regarded half-day seminar focused on providing Ohio’s lawyers and judges with timely information regarding ethics and professionalism.

Judge Charles Schneider will be discussing the book “Defending Jacob,” which is a legal thriller about an assistant district attorney from a Massachusetts county whose son is accused of murder.

10:30 a.m. Common Conflict Hiccups; Jonathan Coughlan
Jon will discuss the common conflict hiccups that attorneys face in their daily work lives.
11:15 a.m. – In-House Counsel’s Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day; Chris Weber + Jason Beehler
Chris and Jason will walk through the worst day in the life of in-house counsel, during which an unlucky in-house lawyer encounters a host of ethical issues
