What You Need to Know About Ohio Workers’ Comp Fraud

On February 13, Dave presented to the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce on the subject of fraud. After defining the issue, Dave gave examples to help attendees spot fraud in action, including vague or conflicting details, questionable timing, odd locations and more. He also provided advice on how to deal with fraud once it is suspected and gave case studies to illustrate some of the lengths employees have gone to in the past.
