On June 14th, our Creditors’ Rights + Bankruptcy team was joined by guest speakers Scott Goen of Cardinal Health and Rebekah Smith of tax and accounting firm GBQ for our annual half-day seminar covering a variety of timely topics that impact credit professionals.

The presentations reviewed current topics such as receiverships, turnover demands, and litigation cost managements, before going on to explore warning signs in financial statements. They also covered best practices related to designing credit applications and included strategies for cross-border transactions.
