Biography
Abby works with corporate clients from diverse industries, assisting them with a wide variety of business needs. A graduate of The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law, Abby served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and studied internationally as a law student, completing a summer law program at Oxford University through its partnership with OSU. She joined Kegler Brown in 2024 after completing the firm’s Summer Associate program.
Corporate Law + Related Transactions
Abby focuses her practice on developing creative solutions for complex business problems while interacting with teams from a variety of legal areas. Working with clients at every stage of the business life cycle, Abby assists with issues related to entity formation and structuring, contract structuring and negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Real Estate Finance + Development
Abby also works with real estate developers and lenders on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, disposition, title and survey analysis, leasing and financing of residential and commercial properties.
This includes helping clients with the development of affordable housing developments, drafting and interpreting documents like purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, closing documents, commercial leases, and more.
