Biography
Jaden works with clients in the areas of real estate and deal financing. He joined Kegler Brown in 2022.
His practice includes representing clients in the following areas: acquisitions and dispositions of commercial buildings and building portfolios; retail, office, and warehouse leasing on behalf of both owners and major tenants; redevelopment projects for shopping center owners and developers; secured financing; and other general real estate matters.
Real Estate Finance + Development
Jaden advises clients on how to raise passive investor equity to capitalize their business plans. He routinely prepares and negotiates multi-class limited liability company operating agreements and limited partnership agreements, private placement memorandums, subscription agreements, and side-letter agreements. He also makes filings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and “blue sky” filings with state securities regulators. Additionally, Jaden advises taxpayer-investors, fund managers, developers, and entrepreneurs on tax-advantaged qualified opportunity zone investments.
