$2 Million Outstanding Invoices Recouped Through Purchase of Pharmaceutical Inventory and Distribution License

Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter acted as counsel to a pharmaceutical manufacturer headquartered in India in the purchase of inventory and other assets after the Seller was unable to pay outstanding invoices in excess of $2,000,000 in the aggregate.

Rather than proceed with litigation for recovery, we helped our client negotiate a binding term sheet and purchase the Seller’s inventory of generic pharmaceuticals and their exclusive distribution rights, allowing our client to exclusively distribute the purchased generic pharmaceuticals until they were able to recoup the amounts owed from the Seller.
