Tekelia provides support in all areas of patent and trademark law, including preparation, prosecution, and litigation. Her experience includes domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution, post registration filings, preparation, upload and filing of patent and trademark applications, schedule and docket maintenance, and researching and assisting with filing inter partes review before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Tekelia also works in the firm’s emerging business practice area where she works with clients to leverage and grow their businesses to increase shareholder value. She assists the firm’s clients with their reporting obligations, including maintaining corporate records and overseeing stock and option administration; prepares drafts of various corporate and offering agreements, certificates, and closing documents; and assists with due diligence reviews.

Having an Expert Level Certification, Tekelia is well-versed in the Carta capitalization table and valuation software platform. A Carta Certified Expert user knows how to manage vesting schedules, warrant exercises, conversions, and more.
