Using the ASA Subcontract Documents Suite

In a webinar taking place on September 27th, 2016, Eric introduced a suite of subcontract documents used by the American Subcontractors Association. He discussed how the suite can be used to more quickly and efficiently negotiate better contracts and give subcontractors better leverage in negotiations in order to find a happy middle ground. He also discussed how the suite helps to manage risks using sample language that subcontractors can use in bids and proposals to help reach more favorable terms.
