Mark focuses his practice primarily in the areas of corporate law, emerging businesses, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined Kegler Brown in 2014.
Corporate Law + Emerging Businesses
Counseling both new and established businesses, Mark advises clients in matters related to entity formation and structure, corporate governance, franchising, licensing and succession strategies. He assists clients with contract drafting and negotiation in a variety of business matters, including operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements. Mark also advises both buyers and sellers in complex business transactions, including mergers, asset purchases, stock purchases and reorganizations.
Mark also assists clients with a variety of intellectual property issues, including trademark and copyright use, license drafting and negotiation, and implementation of trade secret protection procedures and other safeguards for intellectual property assets.
