Kelly provides assistance to attorneys in the creditor's rights and bankruptcy and litigation areas, focusing primarily on insurance liquidation, collections and preference issues. Kelly is a graduate of Capital University Law School's paralegal program, and also holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the Ohio State University. In addition to her work at Kegler Brown, Kelly also has four years of experience working in corporate compliance for a mid-sized insurance company. Kelly is an associate member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations and is active in the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio.
