Phyllis assists with the prosecution, regulation and maintenance of trademarks, service marks and copyrights as well as providing litigation support in patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases. Her additional duties include providing assistance in franchise matters. Phyllis obtained a Paralegal Certificate as well as an Advanced Specialty Certificate in Intellectual Property, Corporate and Bankruptcy from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies. She is also a graduate of Bliss College, where she earned an associate's degree in applied business. Phyllis has also completed continuing education courses at several schools, including Clark State Community College in Springfield, Ohio; Columbus State Community College; and The Ohio State University. Phyllis has fifteen years of legal experience in various area of practice. She is an associate member of the Columbus Bar Association, and a member of the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and an associate member of Ohio State Bar Association.
