Jean has more than 25 years of experience as a paralegal, and works closely with attorneys and clients on commercial real estate, financing and lending transactions. She also is responsible for searching, preparing and filing of UCC documents. Jean has extensive knowledge of real estate law and concepts, including zoning applications, land development, financing and conveyancing. Her skills include drafting and coordination of closing documents for residential and commercial financing; purchase and sale transactions. Jean's experience extends to assisting a local developer with its initial public offering (IPO) as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Jean holds an undergraduate degree in business from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. She is an associate member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations, and is also active with the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio. |
