Matter: Summitville Tiles, Inc., Case No. 03-46341 (Bky. N.D. Ohio, Judge Woods)
Representation: Represented a family-owned manufacturer of ceramic tiles in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which culminated in confirmation of a plan of reorganization and a successful restructuring of the business. The underlying transaction received honorable mention as the "Small Company Turnaround of the Year" by the Turnaround Management Association.

Matter: BPI Energy, Inc., Case No. 09-10075 (Bky. N.D. Ohio, Judge Harris)
Representation: Represented the Equity Committee in a coalbed methane gas producer's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which culminated in a sale of assets and confirmation of a plan of liquidation.

Matter: Bucyrus Community Hospital, Case No. 10-61078 (Bky. N.D. Ohio, Judge Kendig)
Representation: Represented a critical care access hospital in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which resulted in a successful §363 sale and the continued operation of the hospital facilities.

Matter: Collins & Aikman, Case No. 05-55927 (Bky. E.D. Michigan, Judge Rhodes)
Representation: Represented a Tier I automotive supplier in defense of a multi-million-dollar recovery action, which was settled and dismissed.

Matter: Concord Steel, Inc., Case No. 09-43348 (Bky. N.D. Ohio, Judge Woods)
Representation: Represented the Creditors' Committee in a steel counterweight manufacturer's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which resulted in a successful §363 sale of assets and recoveries of avoidable and fraudulent transfers.

Matter: eToys Direct 1, LLC, Case No. 08-13412 (Bky. Delaware, Judge Shannon)
Representation: Represented the co-chair of the Creditors' Committee in an online retailer's Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Matter: Forum Health Services, Case No. 09-40795 (Bky. N.D. Ohio, Judge Woods)
Representation: Represented Forum Health and its health care affiliates, with more than $100 million of secured debt, in its Chapter 11 bankruptcies, which resulted in a successful §363 sale to Community Health Systems, recoveries for all creditor constituencies and the continued operation of the hospital facilities.

Matter: InaCom Corp., Case No. 00-02426 (Bky. Delaware, Judge Walsh)
Representation: Served as Special Litigation Counsel to the Liquidating Trustee and procured several large-dollar-amount recoveries for the benefit of unsecured creditors.

Representation: Represented retail entities in the debtor's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which resulted in confirmation of a plan of reorganization.
