Daylight savings time ends next Sunday, October 31. At 2:00 a.m., clocks will be moved back one hour. This means that graveyard shift workers who are on duty at that time will work an extra hour, unless they are sent home early. Remember the extra hour is work time that must be paid, and the employees are entitled to overtime pay if the extra hour means they work more than 40 hours in the week.
