Christy advises clients in all aspects of litigation law, with a strong emphasis in the area of creditor rights and bankruptcy issues. She also has experience in the gaming law arena and a background in governmental affairs. She has been with the firm since 2007.

Insolvency Litigation

Christy primarily focuses in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights + Bankruptcy practice area; her experience comprises commercial litigation, receiverships, collection and more. She is experienced in prosecuting and defending bankruptcy litigation, pursuing guarantors, and optimizing clients’ outcome in insolvency forums.

Gaming + Sweepstakes Law

Another aspect of Christy’s practice is her work for clients with gaming and sweepstakes interests. Christy adds value by helping clients navigate charitable gaming, casino gaming, lottery and sweepstakes regulations. She also continuously monitors the current status of legislation, initiatives and pending litigation that affect client interests.
