Retainage Being Studied: Fill Out the Survey
by Don Gregory
Ohio and many other states are currently debating Retainage Reform, and this important issue has traditionally generated emotional responses from both sides of the issue largely reflecting on individual or anecdotal experiences. However, Clemson University is now conducting an industry-wide survey on the topic of Retainage and the results should be both scientific and helpful in formulating appropriate public policy and legislation on the Retainage issue in the 21st Century. We encourage you to take a few minutes of your time to participate in the survey by providing your confidential responses at: http://johnryan.clemson.edu/Construction/servlet/Page1
