Two New Attorneys to Join Firm

Jochim, Tim headshot The law firm of Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter is proud to announce the addition of attorneys Tim Jochim and Kristy N. Britsch.

Tim Jochim will join the firm as a director at Kegler Brown and will practice primarily in corporate law, employee benefits (ESOP) and mergers and acquisitions. Jochim's legal experience includes serving as Manager of Industrial Development for the Ohio Department of Development and operating his own practice, Jochim Co., L.P.A. He also is a founding member of the Ohio Chapter of the ESOP Association and is a member of both the Association for Corporate Growth and the National Center for Employee Ownership.

Jochim also has experience in education, as he is currently adjunct professor of corporate finance at Capital University Law School and is a former adjunct professor of business policy at The Ohio State University.

Jochim received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of North Dakota and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron.

Britsch, Kristy headshot Kristy N. Britsch will join the firm as an associate and will practice in the areas of corporation law, business law and employee benefits (ERISA). She is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the ESOP Association.

Britsch received her Bachelor of Arts degree (History) from The Ohio State University and her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School.
