The law firm of Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter is proud to announce the selection of Mark R. Reitz and Nicholas E. Wilkes to serve as firm directors.
Mark R. Reitz, who has been with the firm for nine years, has been named a director practicing in the areas of Estate Planning & Probate and Mediation Services; his primary responsibilities include assisting clients with representation of fiduciaries in probate and trust administration matters. He has been recognized as a 2005 and 2006 "Ohio Rising Star" by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine.
Reitz received his baccalaureate degree in business management and marketing from Franklin University and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 1996. Prior to his tenure with Kegler Brown, Reitz served as a law clerk and magistrate to the Honorable Lawrence A. Belskis of the Franklin County Probate Court.
Nicholas E. Wilkes, who has been with Kegler Brown for eight years, has been named a firm director practicing in Banking & Commercial Lending, Health Information Technology and Real Estate & Financing; his responsibilities include assisting clients with the acquisition, sale, lease, finance and taxation of real estate. Wilkes also assists in negotiating contracts related to commercial transactions, including software and website development and licensing.
Wilkes received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Ohio University and his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1995.
