Our litigation department represents both loan sellers and the Indenture Trustee in a variety of matters relating to the securitization of income streams, including representation in federal courts in Ohio and elsewhere. Representation includes:

- Loan repurchase claims;
- Fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation claims;
- Disputes relating to entitlement to securitized assets.
