- Representation of an equipment manufacturer in defense of patent and copyright infringement claims relating to a hydraulic scaffolding product in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
- Representation of a trademark owner in pursuing trademark infringement claims in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
