2009 Ohio Construction Reform Panel Report
In August 2008, Governor Strickland requested the Ohio Department of Administrative Services to bring together various public and private sector stakeholders to discuss an important issue affecting the state's bottom line and Ohio's economy- publicly funded or administered construction. As a result, the Ohio Construction Reform Panel was established. This report details the Panel's subsequent work and recommendations.
