Martijn advises buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances. He also counsels new and existing organizations in business formation and structuring, as well as contract drafting and negotiation.

Part of Martijn’s practice is in the firm’s Intellectual Property area, in which he develops strategic IP advice and solutions for our clients. His experience includes license drafting and negotiation, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and services agreements, such as contracts for research and development, technology development and marketing.

Martijn has a particular emphasis in the resolution of international business disputes and disputes arising in the field of logistics, which includes the warehousing, supply and transport of goods.
