Energy and Public Utilities Law
Margeaux focuses on providing counsel to utility clients and competitive electric retail suppliers on a variety of matters, including contractual, transactional and compliance issues. Margeaux also focuses on providing assistance to oil and gas producers, developers, pipeline companies, and collateral service providers for a variety of their needs, including regulatory compliance, general advice, and litigation proceedings.

Margeaux also assists employers in Ohio with all aspects of workers’ compensation defense and represents them at administrative hearings. She is experienced in the drafting of settlement agreements and in the defense of workers’ compensation claims for business of all sizes.
