Margeaux is an experienced litigator who is skilled in prosecuting and defending a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, including prosecuting and defending breach of contract actions; defending former employees against claims for breach of restrictive covenants/unfair competition; prosecuting and defending corporate officers and directors for claims of breach of fiduciary duties; and defending against claims of personal injury.

Margeaux also assists employers in Ohio with all aspects of workers’ compensation defense and represents them at administrative hearings. She is experienced in the drafting of settlement agreements and in the defense of workers’ compensation claims for business of all sizes.
Public Utilities and Energy Law
Margeaux focuses on providing counsel to utility clients and competitive electric retail suppliers on a variety of matters, including contractual, transactional and compliance issues.
