Kate is an experienced litigator who has experience prosecuting and defending a multitude of business and commercial disputes, including prosecuting and defending breaches of contract actions; prosecuting and defending corporate officers and directors for claims of breach of fiduciary duties; prosecuting and defending claims of personal injury; and defending property owner associations in general litigation matters.

Kate has experience assisting clients in matters pending before Ohio’s professional licensing agencies, and has represented clients in disciplinary hearings before the Ohio Supreme Court, Ohio Medical Board, Ohio Nursing Board, the Ohio Elections Commission and the Ohio Ethics Commission. Kate also represents employers in workers’ compensation matters, such as contesting the allowance of a claim and payments of compensation and medical benefits under claims.

Kate advises clients in matters regarding First Amendment Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion and the Establishment Clause.
