Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy
Christy primarily focuses in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice area; her experience comprises collection remedies, foreclosures, and more. She is experienced in defending preference demands, pursuing guarantors, and optimizing clients’ outcome in bankruptcy forums. 

Gaming / Sweepstakes Law
Another aspect of Christy’s practice is her work for clients with gaming and sweepstakes interests. Christy adds value by helping clients navigate charitable gaming, casino gaming, and sweepstakes regulations. She also continuously monitors the current status of legislation, initiatives, and pending lawsuits that affect client interests.
