She is experienced in prosecuting and defending bankruptcy adversary proceedings, pursuing guarantors, and optimizing clients’ outcome in insolvency forums.
Gaming / Sweepstakes Law
Another aspect of Christy’s practice is her work for clients with gaming and sweepstakes interests. Christy adds value by helping clients navigate charitable gaming, casino gaming, lottery, and sweepstakes regulations.
